You can set up new Control Center users with the person's name, email address, phone number, and time zone. You can assign accounts to your users and give them permissions to use Control Center features.
If you have existing users who need access to more content on Control Center, you can add them to an existing enterprise ID. You can define their permissions to give access to whole sections, specifc tasks, or designate them as system administrators.
You can add or remove accounts for billing groups you created in Control Center to help you manage Lumen accounts.
In Control Center, you can change the name of billing groups you created to make them easier to identify or to reflect changes you made to the billing group.
In Control Center, you can delete a billing group if you no longer need it.
You can change your default view for billing tasks to see a specific billing group or all accounts in Control Center.
As a Control Center system administrator, you can create a billing group to make viewing invoices, paying bills, assigning account, and viewing payment history easier.
