As a Control Center system administrator, you can add or remove accounts from users in your organization. Accounts control what products the user can manage (in addition to the permissions you give the user).
You can move accounts from one Control Center enterprise ID to another by contacting your Lumen representative.
In Control Center, you can manage multiple accounts at one time, instead of signing in using multiple usernames. To do this, you add accounts to an enterprise ID.
As a Control Center system administrator, you can view a list of all the Lumen accounts assigned to the enterprise ID for your organization. Accounts control the list of Lumen services you see on the enterprise ID.
