You can retrieve the Usage Analyst use reports you've ordered and download them.
You Lumen invoice contains charges for services you've purchased in addition to other important information. Learn more about how to read your invoice and find the information you need.
You can submit a billing request in Control Center to change your billing address, dispute a charge, clarify a charge, or request a refund from Lumen.
You can update information in open billing requests in Control Center: add notes, attach files to help Lumen process your request, list invoices, and update contact information.

You can pay your Lumen invoice in Control Center using your checking, savings, or money-market account. You'll need your routing and account number to finalize the payment.
Using Control Center, you can sign up to receive a PDF copy of your Lumen invoice each month. You can specify whether you want the PDF delivered securely using a password (which we recommend) or as a regular PDF.
You can add or remove accounts for billing groups you created in Control Center to help you manage Lumen accounts.
If you no longer want to receive Lumen invoice PDFs by email, you can unenroll the account using Control Center.
In Control Center, you can sign up for paperless billing for secure, anytime access to current and past Lumen invoices.
In Control Center, you can change the name of billing groups you created to make them easier to identify or to reflect changes you made to the billing group.
You can remove the AutoPay feature from an account using Control Center. After removed, you will go back to paying your Lumen invoice manually each month using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
Control Center stores Lumen invoices for the prior 24 months. If you need to retain a copy of your invoice for longer than that, you can request a PDF copy and download it and save it for your records.
In Control Center, you can delete a billing group if you no longer need it.
