You can set a custom name for an enterprise ID in Control Center to help you more easily identify enterprise IDs. For example, you can label an enterprise ID to denote a particular region, department, or holding company for your organization using the Lumen services on the enterprise ID.
If you no longer need a notification setting for alerting you about Lumen billing, repair ticket, or scheduled maintenance changes, you can delete it from Control Center.
You can view a list of notification settings (billing, repair ticket, and scheduled maintenance for your Lumen services) for your Control Center profile.
After creating a notification setting in Control Center, you can edit it to change contact information, delivery method, or to activate/disable the setting.
If your Control Center username is assigned to more than one enterprise ID, you can switch from one enterprise to another to work with different Lumen accounts or services without having to sign out and sign in again.

To view and manage security solutions, such as Lumen Adaptive Network Security and Lumen DDoS Hyper, you need to sign in with two-factor authentication. To use two-factor authentication, you must first download and set up an authenticator app.
If you need to change devices associated with your Lumen Control Center two-factor authentication or if you experience problems with your 2FA, you can re-enroll two-factor authentication for your user profile.
You can customize your view of the Control Center homepage to select which widgets appear and what order they appear to help you prioritize the Lumen information you want to see when you sign in.

When you set up a Control Center user profile (for yourself or for someone else), you need to choose a unique username and a password. Get tips on how to choose a good username and password.
The system administrators for your organization can create a new users, delete old users, reset passwords, change permissions, and more... If you don't know who that person is, you can find your administrators in Control Center.
If you have access to more than one enterprise ID for your organization, you can select the enterprise ID you see when you sign in to Control Center.

If you forget your Control Center username or password, you can retrieve both on your own so you're able to sign in again without needing to contact Lumen.
When you first sign in to Control Center, you'll need to do a few things that you won't need to do on subsequent logins: acknowledging the user agreement, setting a password, and creating security questions with answers.
