You can view a list of templates you've created for submitting wholesale orders to Lumen for processing.
To make submitting wholesale orders to Lumen easier, you can create order templates in Control Center from OLOF and DTFO orders.
If you no longer need an order template you created, you can delete it from Control Center.
If you accidentally disconnect a phone number, you can submit an LNP ticket to have service restored using Control Center.
You can view the status of Switched batch files; after Lumen processes your Switched batch file, Control Center provides order status by returning text files referred to as results files.
You can view the status of a DTFO order in Control Center; Preliminary Order Status will provide access to the submitted DTFO order form and list the fallout 8XX and their error messages; DTFO order should be available on the Preliminary Order Status page immediately after successfully submitting.
You can use Preliminary Order Status in Control Center to view progress on your Switched batch, Dedicated batch, and DTFO orders, look at View/Modify Call Plan changes, and access your OLOF orders in Control Center.
Post-Submission Order Status provides Core orders and milestone job steps for Lumen Dedicated batch, DTFO and OLOF orders in Control Center.
After you have added a Switched 8XX to your account in Control Center and it is porting, you must email the LOA to Lumen.
You can check the status of Dedicated batch files in Control Center; Preliminary Order Status will display each Dedicated batch file and all its related files; these should all be available fairly quickly after a valid file is successfully uploaded and processed.
You can save online order forms (OLOFs) and Dedicated Toll Free Origination (DTFO) orders in Control Center; when you are ready to submit a saved order you can retrieve it in Preliminary Order Status.
Use Service Status in Control Center to access a quick overview of current status information for Lumen ANI, 8XX, or calling card services.
You can use Order Status in Control Center to track the progress of your wholesale orders for Lumen Dedicated and Switched services, batch orders and online order forms, Switched 8XX porting requests, and more.
The Switched batch formatter supports approximately 1000 rows of data; if you need to create a larger quantity file to upload to Control Center, you can use Switched batch formatter for large quantity files to create approximately 10,000 rows of data.
Using Control Center, you can clone an existing connection to create a new connection for your Lumen Dynamic Connections (Ethernet) service.
Ordering switched services using single order entry (SOE) is useful when you have a small to medium volume of orders in a single day. You can enter your order information directly in to Control Center.
You can submit an order request to add a calling card in Control Center.
In Control Center you can disconnect a Lumen Dedicated 8XX using the the Dedicated Toll Free Origination (DTFO) tool.
After you add a Switched 8XX, you can make changes to it in Control Center.
