Lumen help
Use the LSR/CSR Online portal for porting from legacy Global Crossing (SPID: 7343). You must submit all requests through the portal; Lumen doesn't accept manual LSRs or CSR.

Port outs are allowed any day of the week, but help with issues is only available during business hours. (We address issues reported after hours during business hours on the next business day.)
Lumen doesn't support after-hours port outs for SPID 7343. If you have issues after hours and need to return phone numbers back to Lumen, build out a subscription to push the phone numbers back to SPID 7343 and email portingservices@lumen.com. We will work the request first thing in the morning on the next business day.
Once we receive your local service request (LSR) for SPID 7343, we will send the FOC or rejections within four hours. If you submit the LSR after 1:00pm ET, we'll respond within four hours on the next business day. Please make sure your due date is more than four business days from the day you submit the LSR. (At this time, we don't accept siple port requests for SPID 7343).
FOCs have a five-business-day grace period. Day 1 is the original FOC date. If the gaining carrier doesn't port the phone numbers by the fifth business day, we will revoke the FOC and cancel the LSR. If you still need the number ported, you must submit another LSR.
Lumen accepts ports for any weekday (Monday–Friday) for SPID 7343.
Lumen accepts expedite requests for SPID 7343. To expedite your request, email to portingservices@lumen.com and provide the PON, phone number(s), requested due date, and the reason you're requesting to have order expedited. We will respond in 2–3 hours.
You must have an LOA on file to complete a local service request (LSR) or Lumen (SPID 7343) will reject your request. If we request a copy of the LOA, you must provide it within 24 hours or we will start the process to pull the phone number back to the Lumen (SPID 7343) network (if after port).
Port away from Lumen (SPID 7343) will only include phone numbers riding on the Lumen (SPID 7343) network. Loops and/or ancillary services cannot be ported or identified on FOC.
Lumen (SPID 7343) will not disconnect lines or services that are in the remarks section of the local service request (LSR). The end-user will need to notify their reseller/sales team of what lines they want to disconnect. Lumen (SPID 7343) will disconnect the lines based on the standard disconnect order process (not using an LSR).
You must submit resold lines to the NPA/NXX owner not to Lumen (SPID 7343).
Lumen doesn't give concurrence to port requests for SPID 7343. The gaining provider must place subscriptions into NPAC within the 18-hour concurrence cycle before the FOC/port date. If you have a concurrence request, we don't support them—expect in special circumstances where Lumen (SPID 7343) didn't provide the FOC in a timely manner.
