**Offer available to qualifying business customers purchasing new Lumen LCC Specialty Lines service in eligible continental U.S. locations. Requires minimum of 25 customer locations and trial is for up to 60 days at 1 specific site location, up to 8 lines. Customer must notify Lumen in writing before the end of the trial to terminate service. Billing for service will begin at the end of the trial. If customer terminates service after trial, the CPE must be returned within 30 days after trial termination and customer will be billed for site survey and installation costs of $1,170.
