If you need an additional enterprise ID to segregate accounts currently on the enterprise ID, you can request a new enterprise ID and then specify which accounts you'd like moved to the new enterprise ID. Contact your Lumen representative who will submit a request for a new enterprise ID to our Portal Support Center on your behalf.
If you already have another enterprise ID, you can move accounts from one enterprise ID to another. You can also consolidate accounts onto one enterprise ID.
