Use the reports mailbox (within Control Center) for Lumen® 1+ Switched and Toll Free services to download toll-free inventory and toll-free port status reports you've requested.
To download a report for 1+ Switched and Toll Free:
- Click Services.
Control Center shows the Services console. Use the console to access an inventory of your services, check the status of orders, and manage your services.
- In the Service and Ordering Tools box, click 1+ Switched & Toll Free.
- If you have more than one customer number, use the Select Customer list to select the customer ID you want to work with.
- Click the menu icon (), then click Reports Mailbox.
Control Center lists the reports requested for your customer ID and a status for each. (You can download any reports in Completed status.)
- To download a report, click the link in the Report Name column.
Control Center downloads the report to your computer (in .csv format).
