Placing a call on hold

To place a call on hold:

  1. With a call in progress, do one of the following:

    • From the Call Console pane, click HOLD.

    • From your desk phone, press the Hold button or soft key.

Resuming a held call

To resume a held call:

  1. You can resume a call on hold in two ways:
     
    • From the Call Console pane, click ANS.

    • From your desk phone, press the Hold button or Resume soft key.
