In Control Center you can use Manage Orders to add, change, disconnect, and view the status of your orders for 8XX, ANI and calling card services. Use convenient online order forms, batch ordering, and the Dedicated Toll-Free Origination (DTFO) tool.
Submit online order forms (OLOFs) in Control Center. Easy self-service ordering tools include Dedicated 8XX ordering in DTFO or Dedicated 8XX batch ordering, and Switched services ordering in Single Order Entry or Switched batch.
After you submit an order, you can the status of it in Control Center.
To access Manage Orders in Control Center, do one of the following:
You can use online order forms (OLOFs) to submit orders in Control Center. To begin an OLOF, click Manage Orders; click Add, Change, or Disconnect; then select an OLOF from the Service Type list.
Use the Dedicated Toll Free Origination (DTFO) tool for convenient Dedicated 8XX ordering.
You can create and manage templates for submitting OLOF or DTFO orders.
Use Control Center to order (add, change, or disconnect) ANI, Switched 8XX, and calling card services.
Use Switched batch ordering to place bulk orders for ANI, Switched 8XX, and calling card services. You can submit a request to add, change, or disconnect a service; you can also block or unblock an ANI.
Dedicated 8XX batch is a bulk ordering functionality for Dedicated 8XX. It supports adding dedicated termination 8XX that are new/reserved or complementary carrier. It does not support porting 8XX, or changes/disconnect actions.
