If you no longer need Lumen to work on a security change request, you can close the request using Control Center.
Using Control Center, you can track the status of change requests for Lumen security services submitted for your organization.
You can make updates to security change requests in Control Center to add notes to communicate with the Lumen representative assigned to the request, to add attachments to help Lumen process your request, or to change the contact for a security change request.
Using Control Center, you can request changes to Lumen security services for your organization. For example you can request firewall rule changes, adjust web content filters, or manage anitvirus settings).
As a Control Center system administrator, you can re-enroll the two-factor authentication (2FA) for users in your organization. Typically, you re-enroll a user's 2FA if they have trouble authenticating, need to reinstall their authentication app, or if they want to change devices used for authentication.
If a user in your organization no longer needs to access Lumen Security services, you can remove two-factor authentication (2FA) from their Control Center user profile.
You access the Security Solutions portal by signing in to Control Center with your two-factor authentication, then accessing the Security Solutions Analytics reports. The Security Solutions portal provides reporting for Lumen Adaptive Network Security and Adaptive Threat Intelligence.
To view and manage security solutions, such as Lumen Adaptive Network Security and Lumen DDoS Hyper, you need to sign in with two-factor authentication. To use two-factor authentication, you must first download and set up an authenticator app.
If you need to change devices associated with your Lumen Control Center two-factor authentication or if you experience problems with your 2FA, you can re-enroll two-factor authentication for your user profile.
