Use Control Center to create and manage LNP tickets to communicate with the Lumen Local Number Portability team. For example, you can dispute a jeopardy, report a service outage, or request a project port.
If you no longer need an LNP ticket opened for your organization, you can close the ticket using Control Center.
After you create an LNP ticket, you can edit the contact information, add notes to communicate with Lumen, or add attachments to update the ticket in Control Center without having to close it and create a new ticket.
Using Control Center, you can view all tickets for local number portability (LNP) open for your organization—with a status for each ticket.

If you accidentally disconnect a phone number, you can submit an LNP ticket to have service restored using Control Center.
Using Control Center, you can download call detail records, inventory/phone book reports, NPA/NXX availability reports, TN utilization reports, usage reports, and VoIP local network footprint reports Lumen wholesale local, long distance, and toll-free products.
Manage Lumen VoIP Enhanced Local service and Lumen Local Inbound service using Control Center: submit individual or bulk orders, manage in-flight orders, manage porting, and more.
Use Control Center to track the status of reserved telephone numbers, port orders, or install orders for Lumen Enhanced Local Service or Lumen Local Inbound.
Using Control Center, you can create an order to disconnect phone numbers from a Lumen Local Inbound service.
Using Control Center, you can create a change order for a Lumen Local Inbound (LI) phone number to change customer service name, calling name (CNAM), directory listing, etc.
Using Control Center, you can reserve phone numbers for Lumen® Local Inbound (LI) service (up to 399 per rate center).
After you reserve phone numbers for Lumen Local Inbound service, you can submit an install order to have those numbers added to your service using Control Center.
Using Control Center, you can create an order to port phone numbers from another carrier to Lumen and add the numbers to your Lumen Local Inbound service.
