You can request changes to a Lumen® Fiber+ Internet service using Control Center to request changes such as extending the contract term, upgrading bandwidth, adding more IP addresses, switching from your own device to a Lumen-provided device, or changing the billing account number for the service. If you no longer need a service, you can create an order to disconnect it.
To change a Fiber+ Internet service:
As you make changes to the service, Control Center shows the changes to your monthly changes (and, if applicable, one-time changes).
Note: Changes to an existing Fiber+ Internet service may occur sooner than due date you choose (with the exception of disconnects (30 days) and bandwidth changes).
